This rich Pinot Noir, the first vintage from Kristof Farms, just dazzles. It conjures dark fruit such as plum and blackberry with notes of pepper, violets and exotic spices, along with a hint of nutmeg. It has a delightful freshness on the palate. This production was selectively made from the finest 5 acres of vines in our Pinot Noir vineyard and aged in top quality French oak barrels for 10 months. It is ready to enjoy now but will also continue to mature over time in your wine cellar.
