Why Hollow Wines?
When I first fell in love with wine, I never realized it would become my passion, let alone my career. It had me hook, line, and sinker, ever since that first glass of Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon. As I became more aware of winemaking and different wineries' practices, I become obsessed with buying sustainably farmed wines. Not only do they have better flavor and expression, but their environmental impact is far less than conventionally farmed grapes. All of our wines are guaranteed to be from 100% sustainably farmed grapes (sometimes even better as we find the occasional dry-farmed grapes and wines).
