Not a wine so much as a wine flavored seltzer...Made by reclaiming the skins after gently pressing for our sparkling wine and refermenting with mineral rich well water and pure cane sugar, and then priming and bottle fermenting to make this refreshing, sparkling, wine flavored beverage!
