It's like a rhubarb wine hug. soft, mellow, and smooth, we use Maine grown rhubarb and finish it with local wildflower honey to add a touch of sweetness. Reminiscent of caramelized orange peels and vanilla, medium bodied with a tart finish, this wine pairs well with gruyère, ham, or go full Maine with steamed lobster.
