A field blend of Frontenac, Marquette, Petite Pearl, St. Croix, and Edelweiss picked in Cavendish, Vermont. While the vineyard was in a state of disrepair and struggling, something beautiful happened. A warm, dry fall ripened an unpruned and unsprayed vineyard. With 19 months elévage in old oak, the acidity lowered and a blackberry perfume erupted. The struggle of these vines bred beauty.
