Our dry, white vermouth is made with Seyval Blanc from North Carolina and fortified with a distilled spirit; 20.5% ABV. With our friends at Waldmet Cellars in Jasper, Ga, we created a blend of 16 different herbs, roots and spices to infuse: orange peel, lemon peel, dandelion root, anise seed, fennel seed, mugwort, gentian root, yarrow, lavender, chamomile, marjoram, thyme, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper. This herbaceous vermouth has intense aromas of bitter orange peel and savory spices, with a light mouthfeel and clean finish. It is best enjoyed chilled and makes the perfect aperitif. It’s also a lovely addition to any gin or vodka cocktail or served over ice with citrus sparkling water.
