Grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness end of February 2019. The wine was left on the lees for 4 months. All done in a stainless steel tank. Bottled in July 2019
A bright fruit sauvignon blanc with lots of citruses characters. Lemon zest, a bit of orange pill, and some minerality.
It goes well with a variety of light meals. Best served chilled
