The 2019 vintage of our Pinot Blanc follows our award winning 2017 vintage, which won “Best White Wine” at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing” at 2018 Taste our Terroir, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine imparts a creamy, full mouth-feel while providing softness mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
