Our Sangiovese is medium-bodied, with bright acidity and medium tannins. It has aromas and flavors of ripe cherry, raspberry, and plum, with a hint of dried herbs and violets. Excellent with Italian cuisine, tomato dishes, and a variety of vegetables especially when roasted. This vibrant & savory wine is versatile and can be enjoyed with charcuterie, grilled & smoked meats, herb sauces, and dishes with Fontina, Parmesan & Pecorino cheeses.
