This special one time fundraiser wine is a 100% Carménère bottling which rarely happens here at Cellar Beast. The fruit is sourced from our Cellar Beast exclusive Pontin del Roza Vineyard. This wines boasts the quintessential structure of the Carménère grapes which focuses on the intensity and elegance of the layered pepper notes that meet ample fruit notes that lead to a silky tannic structure that lingers into the finish with the most positive mouthfeel.
