Our Falcon Red is a blend of locally grown grapes with a black pepper aroma and taste coupled with the flavor of dark cherry. Enjoy with beef, pork and pasta with red sauce.
During the massive renovation of our 19th century barn, we discovered a nest of three infant Kestrel Falcons in the barn wall. After diligent efforts to reunite them with their parents were unsuccessful, Tamarack Wildlife Center took them in and all three survived. We are proud of our babies and thankful for the loving care they received at Tamarack. To show our gratitude and assist in their unwavering efforts to bring many other creatures to good health, a portion of the proceeds from Falcon Red will graciously be donated to Tamarack Wildlife Rehab Center.
