Alcohol
A single vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Verdot, all mostly from the Hilltop Vineyard, the highest elevation of our property. This wine is lighter-bodied, with expressive red fruit flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, and cedar from aging in French barrels. It carries a delicate yet tannic finish. This wine will pair wonderfully with pork or game bird, such as duck or turkey.

Our winery was established in 2011 on a farm established in 1769. There are 100 acres on the farm with 20 acres in vines. We produce wines from dry to sweet, fruit wines, late harvest, and ports.
