2021 Sparkling Madelyn (Estate)
Named for our founders' second-born, Madelyn is bright, effervescent, and carefree. This sparkling Riesling has aromas of green apple and lemon zest. On the palate, more crisp green apples, bright lemon, and refreshing fruit cocktail accompany a ticklish mouth feel. Carbonated in the tank and bottled under pressure.
PAIRING: This wine is the ideal pairing for spicy Korean barbecue pork, street tacos, or sushi.

2022 Red
Red is a special blend of 52% Chancellor 52% and 48% Noiret. This wine presents a delightful blend of cherry and strawberry notes, complemented by a well-balanced, medium-bodied tannin structure that lends support to a medley of flavors including cherries, black raspberries, celery, and plum. Though the aroma may be subtle, its essence can be characterized as smoky, herbaceous, and reminiscent of spruce.
PAIRING: This wine is the perfect compliment to pair with beef stew, chicken parmesan, or pork tenderloin.

2021 Pinot Noir Reserve Barrique (Estate)
This Pinot Noir offers a medley of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and cherry notes, complemented by subtle hints of clove and earthiness. Its aromatic profile is further enhanced with delicate touches of violet and a lingering essence of vanilla, creating a harmonious and elegant tasting experience.
PAIRING: This is a versatile wine and pairs well with vegetable tagine, roasted duck breast, and mushroom risotto

2021 Rkatsiteli (Estate)
With brilliant visual clarity, this wine offers aromas of ripe apples, pears, freshly grated citrus zest, and wet stone minerals. A supple texture and body lead to notes of yellow apple, tropical mango, and bright citrus, with faint anise spice in the finish.
