Nothing short of a happy accident! The grapes were picked earlier than expected causing a higher-than-normal acid level in the wine. The resulting port style wine is very lemon like, so if you like Limoncello you'll love this wine. Produced by blending the lemony Seval with brandy made with our wine and distilled by our Friends at Minglewood Distillery in Wooster, Ohio. The wine is delicious as a cordial, or pair it with cheesecake, gingerbread and sugar cookies. For a change of pace, add a splash of soda and a berry for a refreshing wine cocktail.
