You'll find a hint of tropical fruit in this full-bodied cider that makes it certifiably different than any hard cider you've had before. Being unfiltered, this Ghost Pig has a hazy, gold appearance that entices you to enjoy another glass. Cheers!
Hard apple cider and white wine blended together make this an aromatically juicy and refreshingly crisp carbonated beverage. Apples from our local orchard (Community Orchards, Fort Dodge, Iowa) were selected by the orchardist for the correct balance of acidity, aroma, and texture.

Our vineyard and winery is located on the Iowa Prairie along the peaceful Soldier Creek. The vineyard's 9 French-American varietals were hand selected for excellent flavors combined with hardiness against our cold winters.
