Sweet, medium-bodied white wine with citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas. The LaCrosse vine is a modern hybrid that ripens early, is well suited for northern climates and produces grapes suitable for making fruity white wines. LaCrosse is often served with chicken, pork, fish, mild and soft cheese or fruity desserts.
Cedar Valley Winery features French and American hybrid varieties that produce high quality wines. In 2002, a small 1.5 acre Vineyard was established, which has grown to more than 6 acres in size, spanning over southeast Iowa ’s beautiful countryside.
Our Winery began producing wine in 2007 from grapes grown exclusively in our Vineyard. Focusing on quality, our Vineyard and Winery produce estate grown and estate bottled award winning wines. Our annual wine production of approximately 2,000 gallons continues to increase each year. Visit our Tasting Room, tour the Winery, and enjoy your favorite wines on our outdoor deck overlooking the Vineyard.
