Our estate-grown Malbec vineyard lots are high upon the Knobstone Escarpment on our lakeside vineyard site at an elevation of 960ft. This is a delicate yet complex, dry red wine. Aromas of fig and mild dark cherry are complimented with notes of spice in the nose. On the pallete, the bright fruit flavors are enhanced by light flavors of black pepper. Aged in 100% french oak and aged for 12-18 months. This wine finishes with a lingering presence of coffee and dark fruit (Blueberry, Blackberry).
