Another difficult year for sourcing grapes so we had to get a little creative for this wine. We took pressed juice(Vidal Blanc) from a previous year that had be frozen, thawed it out and added 730 pounds of whole Palisade peaches.
Aromas: white peach, apricot, tangerine
Flavor: This dry wine tastes like biting into a perfectly ripe juicy peach! Great mouth feel with length and tons of minerality.
