The 2018 Vinnie Fera Brut Rose is 70% Pinot Grigio and 30% Pinot Meunier sourced from West Elks AVA in Colorado. Secondary fermentation was done in bottle a la Methode Champenoise with 24 months sur lie aging in bottle.
Notes of strawberry shortcake, fresh pastries, and ripe red fruits. Bursting with bright citrus driven acidity and a fantastic minerality backbone from the unique soils that exist in this small growing region located just outside of Paonia, CO.
