The Wine Barn salutes the cowboys and cowgirls of the American West. A culture of legend & loyalty, hard work & hard play, saloons & outlaws. KSW, a unique blend of Viognier grapes grown by Kaibab Sauvage is the product of a partnership between neighbors. The floral bouquet reminds you of summer and the wine mimics Palisade stone fruits with hints of apricot and peach .
Opened December, 2019. A new wine tasting room located on the Palisade Fruit & Wine Byway just east of town. Long time award winning amateurs, Dan & Juliann Adams are looking forward to sharing their new releases with you at the peach packing barn- turned winery. Vines 79 has a western style flare that celebrates the west and country. Sit and sip awhile on a glass of Cowboy Cab, Silver Star Syrah or a special Double Barrel Blend.
