Aged for 12 months in brand new 100% Tremeaux French Oak Barrels. Medium body, Ruby in color, hints of tart cherry. Pairs well with quail, veal and lamb.
Notes
This Pinot Noir has been vinted with only high quality fruit and a delicate French wine barrel from Burgundy made with an old style cooperage technique and perfect toasting of the wood. This delicious nectar was bottled recently and will be ready to consume beginning early May 2020. This wine will dramatically improved by September 2020 and will continue to improve for the next 10 years.
