Marechal Foch is a cold hardy varietal, and is 100% Estate Grown next to our winery in Montrose, CO. This wine partially undergoes a winemaking process called "Carbonic Maceration" that they use to make Beaujolais Nouveau wine. It has a touch of that Beaujolais quality, while still standing on it's own as totally unique.
Medium body, Low Tannin and Oak, Nice Acidity Balance, Very Fruit-Forward.
