Ghostdance was created and inspired by a Native American ritual dance of the same name, which was performed by the Ute Indians who lived in western Colorado. It was a dance similar to the Rain Dance and Bear Dance, whose purpose was to summons the spirits in the after world to help fight in the Ute’s territorial battles.
A dry rosé, with a floral bouquet of spring in a bottle. Ghostdance carries notes of peach blossom, pomegranate and hints of melon.
Notes
Ghostdance is a beautifully balanced Provence inspired dry rosé. Aromas of rose petal, orange blossom and raspberry welcome the nose. A refreshing palate of fresh strawberries, honeydew and citrus zest lead to a crisp acid finish.
