Direct Shipping Rules & Program Options

Clients can select from two programs to maximize fully compliant direct-to-consumer sales and shipping.
Shipping within your home state requires you having your own home state Direct Ship Permit.
International shipments are not available at this time.

Production Agreement

If you enter into a wine production agreement with us, we will pay you a production fee of 90.25% of the product selling price less an administration fee of $0.75 per item.

Note: Marketplace Facilitator States

In the states where we qualify as a Marketplace Facilitator, we will charge and pay state sales tax on your behalf at no additional cost.

Money Transfers

Standard Transfer Method

Daily settlements utilizing Stripe Connect to transfer payments within three business days after sale.

Optional Transfer Method

Settlements twice per month thereby reducing settlement tracking and accounting. Payments are processed as follows:

Sales from 1st to 15th: Transferred on the last day of month.
Sales from 16th to Month's End: Transferred on the 15th of the following month.

Sign Up: Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes. Your account will be active in less than 48 hours. When you sign up we will need some basic information about your winery, your license and permit details, contact information, FEIN & fulfillment contacts.
List Your Wines: Listing as many of your wines as possible will increase their visibility and sales. Details about your wines should include total cases produced, wine maker's notes, and any description and pairing details that shoppers, collectors and connoisseurs like to learn about.
Start Selling: Orders can be placed by customers through your shopping cart and by winery staff through the online Point of Sale application. So, you can take orders online, over the phone, via fax, or in your tasting room.
