Our 100% Estate Grown Chardonel is a hybrid grape of a Chardonnay and a small percent of Seyval Blanc. We age our Chardonel in stainless steel to start and finish the aging process for a couple months in our Hungarian Oak barrels. This gives our Chardonel a fruit forward start with hints of vanilla, citrus and apple notes on the front end, while the short time in oak gives it a creamy, well- rounded finish.
