Our signature wine – this Dry White Merlot is a crisp and light fruit-forward wine with a slight aroma of apricot. “White Merlot” is created by removing the skins of Merlot grapes and fermenting them as a white wine. An Estate Wine from our 2023 harvest, it was grown, produced, and bottled all at Charron Vineyards. Volunteers helped harvest these grapes in July of 2023.
