A lighter, refreshing style of white sparkling wine made in the Méthode Champenoise from a blend of 6 different white grape varietals: Albariño, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Torrontés and Viognier. Aromas of oranges and white flowers with a hit of honey. On the palate the wine feels like you are sipping on a mimosa, light and crisp with an orange juice texture and a lingering orange finish.
